Enjoyed the clean new room. Loved the very comfortable bed. I was given a quiet room on request. I had an exam the next morning in Leiden and the hotel was perfect for me. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was fine. I will be coming back.

I would have enjoyed having a room with a bath tub. Other than that nothing.

- Dogs are accepted - Big rooms functional equipped.

- The temperature in the rooms is not adjustable. If it becomes colder outside it will take a long time to warm up the rooms. When complaining about freezing in the room I was told that I could use a small ventilation heater which was in the cupboard. - Getting a cappuccino first day was only possible after a longer discussion with the receptionist (there was no service in the reataurant) telling me, breakfast goes with normal coffee which is on the buffet in the thermos jugs. Bad luck, this day they were not filled because there have been only three guests! Next day with the ladies it was no discussion anymore about cappuccino. - Blowdryers are not in the rooms. I got one at the reception and they automatically put 25€ on my bill which were returned after I promised, that it is still in the room. This gave me the feeling of being seen as a potential thief of blowdryers. - Friendly stuff but not customer oriented at all.
